Who we are
TASKey is a Canberra-based privately owned software development and services organisation, which provides software tools that enable companies, teams and individuals to improve their business processes to achieve goals.
TASKey's management methods have been validated in the workplace through feedback from clients, ranging from small businesses to large government departments. The continuing company focus is to make it easy for people to work together effectively, anywhere, anytime.
Founded in 1991 by Dr. Neil Miller, the company expanded into the US in 2003 with a presence in Houston, Texas. The company also provides strategic planning plus project, change and general management consulting services.
What we do
TASKey TEAM software enables organisations to manage critical work through a web browser, allowing departments to coordinate work and focus employees and teams in the achievement of corporate strategy by linking their personal and team actions to the business objectives.
The premise of TASKey TEAM is simple: that employees, when focused on specific business goals and empowered to achieve them, can transform organisational performance.
In addition, the web based software extends core project management features by coordinating To Do level tasks, Teams and Individuals. This integration between tasks and the work being done allows complex tracking and fast progress reporting. It also provides advanced management control to simplify and unify processes, improve program management, and deliver timely and accurate information that everyone from senior management to frontline staff can use to reduce costs, increase efficiency and decrease overhead.
