Automatic Real-time Progress Reporting

A major frustration with existing project management software is the need to constantly update progress by estimating the % completion of a task. In business projects, % complete makes little sense because tasks rarely require a constant level of effort (there are usually peaks and troughs of effort).

TASKey TEAM updates progress on the basis of completed actions. When an action is completed, the progress bar automatically moves to the next uncompleted action (see below). Consequently users can focus on doing the actions required to complete a task, without worrying about reporting progress. In addition, managers can be confident that actual progress is being reflected.
