How does the one month free trial work?
After you sign up you can use the software free for one month. You can add more user licenses at any time, via the Account Manager (if you are an Organisational Administrator) and you can add users up to the number of licenses in the User Admin module in the software.
After one month, you will no longer be able to login, unless you Subscribe. You can subscribe at any time using your Account Manager. You will then be charged monthly or annually in advance for for the number of user licenses that you have signed up for.
Why is Me2Team charged on the basis of User licenses?
Me2Team tracks and organizes information for each user plus views shown are automatically customized for each user.
No matter how many projects and tasks you are involved in, where they are located, and what changes are occurring, you can instantly answer the questions; “What tasks are relevant to me?” and “What do I need to do?”.
Why is there a minimum of 3 users?
The power of Me2Team is best achieved when it is used with other people.
Can I add more users at any anytime?
Yes – you can add users in the Admin module in the software up to the number of User Licenses. To increase the number of user licenses, simply increase the number of licenses in your Account Management module. If you have subscribed, your charges will be adjusted from the next billing period.
Can I stop using Me2Team at any time?
Yes – you can unsubscribe at any time. Organization members will no longer be able to Login to Me2Team and future charges will be stopped from the next billing period.
Can I pay for one year at a time?
Yes – Use the annual payment option on sign-up. You will be reminded when the next annual payment is due. Annual subscribers also receive a one month free trial period.
What can I do if I need to manage resources and timesheeting?
